Brightland
High-quality olive oils and vinegars for all of your toasting, baking, cooking, and dressing needs. I love their infused-olive oils (like Arise & Rosette), but you really can’t go wrong with anything here. Plus, they’re so beautiful, they deserve a spot on your countertop!
Z&Z Za’atar
Hands-down the best za’atar I have ever tried and the only za’atar I use - on literally everything. Za’atar is a spice mix of sumac, thyme, oregano, and sesame seeds and will be your new pantry staple. Plus you can create these za’atar + labneh biscuits with it.
Soom Tahini
The best tahini there is! The only tahini I’ve found that rarely separates so you don’t have to keep stirring and re-stirring to get that creamy, dreamy consistency and texture. I love throwing tahini on everything, but especially sweet potatoes.
Mike’s Hot Honey
Spicy & sweet is a personality trait and also a dream flavor profile. I love to drizzle this Brooklyn-made chili-infused honey on toasts, salads, pizza, chicken, and roasted veggies for a little heat and a little sweet.
